Payment information

Logo Lattice (logolattice.com) is operated by Luke Orriss. The free editor does not require payment. Studio is an optional subscription for cloud projects and related features.

When you subscribe, payment is collected by Dodo Payments on our behalf. You are buying Studio from Logo Lattice; Dodo Payments handles checkout, renewals, receipts, and the legal sale for card and bank networks.

A Studio charge is for your Logo Lattice subscription, not a separate unrelated product. In practice:

• You choose monthly or yearly billing in Studio before checkout.
• Dodo Payments runs checkout and stores your payment method for renewals.
• Luke Orriss / Logo Lattice provides the software; payouts and tax handling for the sale are managed under our agreement with Dodo Payments.
• After a successful payment, premium access is applied to the Studio account you used at checkout.

Plan prices shown in Studio (for example $3.99/mo or $39.99/yr) are listed in US dollars as a reference. The amount and currency you actually pay are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

Charges typically appear with a descriptor similar to DODOPAY_LOGOLATTICE. Your bank or card issuer may shorten, wrap, or add extra characters, but the payment processor and product name are usually recognisable in that string.

• DODOPAY_LOGOLATTICE identifies the payment processor (Dodo) and the product (Logo Lattice).
• If you do not recognise a charge, check whether it matches a Studio subscription renewal date before disputing with your bank.
• Signed-in subscribers can open the billing customer portal from Studio to see invoices and subscription status.

Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record (MoR) for Studio. That means they are the legal seller on your receipt and to payment networks, even though you discovered and use the product through Logo Lattice.

• MoR: Dodo Payments appears on statements and official payment records; they handle payment processing, fraud screening, and many compliance obligations tied to the transaction.
• Product provider: Logo Lattice delivers the editor and Studio features you subscribed for.
• Why it is structured this way: a specialised payments partner can support global cards, local payment methods, tax where required, and subscription billing without us building that stack in-house.

By completing checkout you also accept Dodo Payments's terms and privacy practices on their hosted checkout and customer portal pages, in addition to our terms of service and privacy policy.

Billing is not limited to US dollars at checkout. Depending on your location and card, checkout may offer prices in your local currency.

• Checkout displays the final price and currency before you pay.
• Marketing pages and in-app plan labels may show USD for comparison; that is not always the currency charged.
• If your card account currency differs from the checkout currency, your bank may convert the amount and apply its own exchange rate or fees.
• Renewals use the same subscription and payment method unless you change or cancel them in the customer portal.

Studio subscriptions on monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You are charged at checkout and on each renewal date for your chosen plan.

• Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the customer portal linked from Studio when you are signed in.
• If checkout or premium access fails after payment, contact us on X (see below) with the email on your Studio account.
• Refunds, when offered, follow Dodo Payments policies and any refund terms stated at purchase; see also our terms of service.

For billing issues, unrecognized charges, or portal access problems, message @logolattice on X with your Studio email and, if possible, the date and statement descriptor of the charge.
