Rules for using Logo Lattice, Studio accounts, and premium subscriptions.
Last updated 16 May 2026
By using Logo Lattice at logolattice.com(the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
Logo Lattice is a browser-based logo editor with snapped grids, drawing tools, and export options. Studio adds optional accounts, cloud project storage for subscribers, and related features. The Service is provided as-is; we may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Paid Studio features are billed through Dodo Payments. By starting checkout you also accept Dodo Payments' terms and privacy practices on their checkout and customer portal pages. See our payment information page for statement descriptors, merchant-of-record details, and local currency billing.
You retain ownership of logos and designs you create. By using the Service you grant us only the rights needed to operate it, for example:
Do not upload or create content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful, or contains malware. We may remove content or accounts that violate this section.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke Orriss and Logo Lattice are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you have not paid for premium features.
Our use of cookies, browser storage, and third-party processors is described in the privacy policy, including Better Auth, Google sign-in, Dodo Payments, and PostHog analytics.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
